Dear Ian, It's high time I said a big thank you for the extraordinary levels of service you've heaped upon me throughout the years. 

It was a decade ago when we worked togther on the brilliantly successful Thomas Cook conference in Dubai. And most recently you excelled yourself again at the Royal Bank of Scotland conference at the Savill Court Hotel in Egham. And throughout the miscellany of work in between, the standards of your service have never missed a beat - despite what have often been extreme demands on you. 

But more than the quality of the service, I also want to say how much of a pleasure it is to work with you and your team. A nicer and more helpful bunch of guys I couldn't hope to find. So thanks very much, Ian, for all your hard work, for your expertise, for those moments when you've gently restrained me from rushing into disaster, and for your obvious dedication. I truly appreciate all that you have done.
