Our Services - Conference in a Suitcase

The package is fully inclusive of all equipment and a two person crew, but excludes mileage costs and any slide creation. It must be borne in mind that as this is a daily cost and dependant upon location and schedule, more than one day may be required.

Conference in a Suitcase Package

1 day conference package cost includes the following:

• Flattage set in blue or grey with single projection screen (front/rear projection, up to 6' by 4' 6")
• Sound system with lectern microphones and CD player (optional minidisc player)
• Data XGA projector with laptop PC loaded with MS Office XP, DVD player (optional VHS)
• 8 lamp lighting system
• 2 engineers
